Our ambition is to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible, typically within 1-4 days, depending on your location. Currently, we only offer delivery to addresses in Norway and Sweden. We do not deliver to Svalbard. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

You must pick up the package within 7 days of it arriving at your pickup location, or it will be automatically returned to us.

We recommend downloading and logging into the PostNord app to receive continuous updates on the whereabouts of your package and to be able to postpone the pickup date if desired.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different product, follow these steps:

Return the original product. In all our deliveries, we include a pre-paid return label that you can use.

Deliver the return package to your nearest PostNord delivery location.

Purchase a new product in our online store.

The money for the products you return will be credited to your account within a few days.

It is also possible to exchange for different sizes at our physical stores, provided they have the size you want in stock.

You have 30 days of free returns on all orders. The item must be unused and returned undamaged in its original packaging. All labels must be intact, and manuals should be included.

Returning products to us should be easy. Therefore, we include a pre-paid return label that you can use. When returning, it's important to use the outer packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

Repackage the product in its original packaging.

Affix the return label you received with the item prominently on the package.

Deliver the package to your nearest PostNord pickup point.

When delivering the package, be sure to keep the receipt so that the shipment can be tracked.

Your return will be checked when it arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will occur once the return is approved.
