When Norwegian skier Vegard Ulvang introduced a seemingly simple yet revolutionary wool sock in 1995, it marked the inception of an adventurous tale. During that era, synthetic fibers and cotton held sway. However, Ulvang recognised the superiority of wool as a material and perceived its untapped potential. For nearly 30 years, we've been crafting functional, robust woollen garments that hold a special place in every Norwegian's heart.

Within Ulvang, we are deeply aware of our social responsibility and uphold stringent standards for both ourselves and our suppliers — be it in terms of traceability, animal welfare, or sustainable practices.
