We’ve made holiday shopping easier with our extended return policy! Online orders can be returned for free using the enclosed return label until January 31. Shop with confidence this holiday season!

Our ambition is to deliver products to you as quickly as possible, within 1–4 days, depending on your location. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number.

You must pick up your package within 7 days of its arrival at your pickup location; otherwise, it will be automatically returned to us.

We recommend downloading and logging into the PostNord app to receive continuous updates on your package's location and to postpone the pickup date if desired.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or another product, please follow these steps:

Return the original product. A prepaid return label is included with all our deliveries, which you can use.

Drop off the return package at your nearest PostNord location.

Purchase a new product in our online store.

Your refund for the returned products will be back in your account within a few days.

It is also possible to exchange for other sizes in our stores, provided they have the size you need in stock.

You have 30 days of free returns on all orders.

It’s very important that the item is returned in the same garment bag it was sent in. Items that have been used or are stained will not be accepted.

We want to make product returns easy. That’s why we include a prepaid return label for you to use. When returning, it’s important to use external packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

1. Pack the product back in its original packaging.

2. Affix the return label you received with the item visibly on the package. 



3. Drop off the package at your nearest applicable pickup point.

Make sure to keep the receipt when you drop off the package, so the shipment can be tracked.

Your return will be inspected when it arrives at our warehouse. A refund will be issued once the return is approved.
